Heavy rains possible Tuesday and Thursday

Adair Co. Emergency Management Director Mike Keltner sends an update on expected heavy rainfall this week. The National Weather Service in Louisville is predicting heavy rain on Tuesday, with 3+ inches possible in south-central Kentucky.
The threat for true flash flooding is low, but small stream flooding and eventually minor river flooding are likely. All river basins are under a threat of at least minor flooding by mid to late week.
