Economic Development Authority Board member Chester Taylor was the encourager who felt every EDA member should know what an asset the Lake Cumberland Regional College and Workforce Center is to the recruitment of new business. He is retired from having been Principal of the school and one who was very involved in its development. He is pictured at right introducing the Center to those arriving for the meeting.
