Traffic was rerouted on Reed Street for a time Friday to make room for Kentucky Utilities work. With temperatures not ever getting up to the freezing mark and an uncomfortably cold wind whipping around, it had to be among the hardest jobs to be doing on this day. Comments | Permalink
