Ty Coleman asked to observe and make notes at the December City Council meeting for his 4-H assignment. He was welcomed and asked if he'd lead the Pledge to the Flag as a guest. One of the things he observed was guest Shirley Wall who made comments during the public time about dogs running loose in her Maple Street neighborhood, that were acting threatening and tossing garbage cans.
