Signs lining up for a severe winter

If all the signs that nature gives us about winter come true, this season could be the worst one most of us have ever seen. By far the biggest mast crop I have ever seen - persimmons have nothing but spoons in them, animal coats are extra thick, and the real evidence for you to see with your own eyes is this wooly worm I spotted that is almost 3 inches long, 3/4 inches wide and black as the ace of spades.
