At 6pmCT -- The full Beaver Moon is getting a start over Columbia this evening in preparation for the Long Lunar eclipse coming up during the wee hours of the morning. The nearly total Beaver Moon lunar eclipse should begin just after MidnightCT. It will be the longest partial eclipse of the century, lasting over 3 hours, with maximum eclipse expected at 3:02amCT.
