At a few minutes before noon the last vehicles raced around the Public Square in Columbia just as CPD vehicles and Columbia Utilities trucks were getting in place to block traffic and to set up waste disposal containers. Downtown Days kick off at 4:30pm this evening. Comments | Permalink
