Melton and Price receive Hoots Scholarships

Sisters Dr. Cathy Hoots Abell and Mayor Pam Hoots presented Emily Price, in the photo at left, and Jonathan Melton, in the photo at right, with 2021 Hoots Memorial Scholarships recently.
The scholarship is in memory of their parents Gene and Joyce Hoots of Columbia. The recipients are to be a current student or alumni of Adair County High School, pursuing secondary education in a vocational field. Comments | Permalink
