Adair County's new Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), opened to the public today, Monday, August 2, 2021, across from Walmart. Present to declare the kitchen open and hot food ready to serve were, from left: Adair EDA Chairman Bobby Morrison, Columbia Mayor Pam Hoots, and KFC leaders Mallory Shoffner, Madison Shoffner, General Manager Kimberly Taylor, Assistant GM Thomas Casey, Paige Jenkins, Market Coach April Downing and Todd Burnett, Director of Operations.
