This year the Adair County 4-H held a local 4-H Country Ham Judging Contest. Dr. Gregg Rentfrow, Extension Professor- Meat Science judged all the 4-H and Cloverbud hams. Hams are scored in five areas: Conformation, Workmanship, Meatiness, Color, and Aroma. Comments | Permalink
