Country Store at Breeding is missing

The Breeding Country Store is gone. It used to be a landmark on the trip south from Columbia to Burkesville just before getting to the landmark signs where three counties switch back and forth - Adair, Metcalfe and Cumberland. Word in the neighborhood is that Hayward and Connie Adams sold the property to Dollar General corporation for one of their new country sites. Comments | Permalink
