The perfect symmetry of Ginseng's Three Pronger is the easiest of all forms of Ginseng to spot. In general, Ginseng green is more muted, softer and less glossy than the greens that surround it. Its red seeds will appear a little later in the summer, making it a little easier to find, also. There are rules about when you can dig its valuable roots and also when to sell them.
