Little Ma'Kenzie Payne found Mayor Pam Hoots' cell phone on the square where pictures had been taken of the Payne family dedication ceremony. She quickly gave it to her mother and the happy owner was reconnected with her phone. Ma'Kenzie is the four year old daughter of Ronnie Payne and Tina Ishmael. Comments | Permalink
