Sunday dinner was Santa Fe Tilapia at Black Stallion Steakhouse in New Columbia. The dish is a lightly spicy Tilapia fillet with mushrooms, onions and peppers, served on a bed of seasoned rice. It's topped with Pico and chips. Sides are steamed broccoli and baked sweet potato. Yeast rolls and whipped butter are included.
