Mike writes, "Few would recognize this view of [South] High Street, looking up the hill from Greensburg Street, from early in the last century. At the top of the hill, on the right, we can see the Rich Paull house, now home of Chuck Rogers. The Street was paved with concrete in the 1930s, so this photo predates the street. A copy of this excellent scene hangs in Mayor Pam Hoots' office." Comments | Permalink
