The Columbia City Council met in the basement of City Hall to allow social distancing for the April 7, 2021 meeting. Pictured from left are Council members Robert Flowers and Mark Harris, City Clerk Rhonda Loy, Mayor Pamela Hoots, and Council members Craig Dean, Linda Waggener and Sharon Payne. Council member Ronald Rogers and City Attorney Derrick Helm attended virtually. Also present were Columbia Police Chief Jr Murphy, Gas Department Director Jerry Watson, members of the media and Jason Rector.
