In a note from Mayor Pam Hoots, she shared that, "88 bags of trash were picked up from the traffic light at the Veterans Memorial Bypass to the Walmart shopping area... 18 people and 2 hours of work covering about a mile. That is absolutely insane! Do your part Columbia, don’t litter. Look at what a difference we could make if everyone that’s able would give a little of their time.
