Long, crystal clear icicles, an almost black cloudless night, the perfect viewing angle and the waxing gibbous Moon above, provided what appeared to be a celestial light show for the ages last night! Although my Great Wooded South University Doctorate is in the Natural Sciences, I can't be 100% sure if this is refracted "Moonshine". Sorry, I could not pass up the opportunity to interject a reference to one of our very early, local, iconic, value-added, agricultural products! As usual with many aspects of American culture, we here in the Great Wooded South were ahead of the curve concerning the "value-added" phenomenon. I'm also proud to say that many of my enterprising, entrepreneurial ancestors were involved in this industry. Comments | Permalink
