UPDATE - owners found. Happy ending. This pretty lady came to a house on New Concord Rd. in the Adair County area and was brought in to the Green River Animal Shelter. She is very sweet and will sit on command. If anyone knows her owner please call or message the Shelter. she is on a five-day stray hold and if no owner is found she will go up for adoption or to rescue.
