Donnie Rowe retires from 31 years at City of Columbia

Mayor Pam Hoots, City Clerk Rhonda Loy and the staff asks everyone to join them in congratulating Donnie Rowe on his retirement from the City of Columbia. Donnie has been employed since March of 1989, giving 31 years and 7 months of service to the City of Columbia. He undoubtedly possesses more knowledge of our local street system, sidewalks and tiles than anyone around.
