Ballou kids business highlights the season

Richard and Mary Beth Phelps' grandchildren get the use of the prime location at the corner of Jamestown Street and Lowes Lane for their business selling pumpkins, indian corn and hay through the season. Sallie, Nathan, and Hunter Ballou save the seed every year, plant them at their farm on Hwy 704 and sell what they produce. They are the children of Elizabeth and Ben Ballou. They are also the grandchildren of John and Nancy Ballou. The Ballou kids' business is an annual event in the yard of their Mom's parents. Comments | Permalink
