Stir frying fresh Okra with a little olive oil, apple cider vinegar and sea salt is highly recommended. This came from Donna Jones' Big Black Dog booth at Farmers Market. Earlier in the week, my first batch came from wonderful relatives who taught me that the smaller the Okra the better. I thought the bigger ones could surely also be enjoyed, but in trials discovered the very large ones are rock hard. - LW Comments | Permalink
