Tammy writes, "My shelter cat Toby is missing or possibly picked up at the shelter - he was left outside last night, he is used to being out side and inside we always put him up at night in his cage, he has learnt when closing time is and he hides. This morning he did not show up for breakfast. His name is Toby, he has a blue bow tie collar on, he belongs to the shelter, he is part of the family.
