Winning artist Jamie Seale, at right, picked up her prize for best sidewalk art at City Hall. She told Columbia Magazine that she wanted to create a message to help people know not to worry. So she painted a lifelike sparrow and butterfly woven into the words, "consider the lilies" with the note to refer to Matthew 6:28. Mayor Pam Hoots is in back. She and Patsy Robertson sponsored the contest. Comments | Permalink
