The Adair County Public Library is in discovery mode every day and this old photo of Burkesville Street in Columbia is a recent find. A note with the photo mentions, "from the 1920s, notice the street light hanging from electric wires in the upper part of the picture, and the Adair County Courthouse clock tower faintly visible in the background."
