An emergency call to Mt. Carmel boat ramp (also know as Butler Creek Ramp) was received by Adair E-911 Friday afternoon. Emergency responders specializing in technical and dive rescue scrambled to the scene. The body of a 46 year old male was located at 3:08pmCT.
