Normally, summertime is when kids avoid school, but in 2020, many of them are missing it. Eight year old Hailey Waggener asked to go to her school's parking lot to practice bike riding on the weekend, and had the place all to herself until joined by her cousin Tillie for a socially-distanced bike ride.
