Catelynn Fugate bringing smiles to downtown Columbia

Student Catelynn Fugate, a kindergartner from Adair County Primary Center, completed her last school project by painting rocks with inspirational messages on them. She wanted to help spread kindness during these difficult times. If you find one of her rocks in the square downtown, we hope they bring a smile to your face. Comments | Permalink
