Rigney's building getting window coverings by City

The building on the Columbia Public Square owned by David and Eva Rigney will have a new look after Saturday, May 16, 2020. On the advice of City Attorney Derrick Helm, Mayor Pam Hoots said every one of the windows will have boards covering them due to the liability of falling glass to people walking near the building.
