Today marks the 50th anniversary of the first Earth Day and in these trying Coronavirus times, we're each on our own as to how to commemorate it and think of our planet. Remember that even though the county recycling center is closed, the Adair County Transfer Station is still open to the public from 7am-4pmCT Monday through Friday and from 8am-noonCT on Saturdays. The Transfer station is located just past Walmart, off Hwy 61, at 877 L Willis Road, Columbia, KY. Comments | Permalink
