Tough Grade?

Rickie writes, "I think you are being a bit rough on the grade. Surely the county deserves at least a B+ to an A-."
Rickie, the best we could probably do is go metric, and then when temperature data is unavailable, we'd at least be awarding a "C." Comments | Permalink
