Green County Judge Executive John Frank, 2020 Chairman of the Board of the Lake Cumberland Area Development District, spoke during the group's January meeting in Russell Springs. The board is automatically comprised of all judge-executives and mayors from Adair, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, McCreary, Pulaski, Russell, Taylor and Wayne counties.
