David Herbst was the opening speaker at the Adair County Cattlemen’s Association Annual Meeting. The Cattlemen’s Association was organized and formed when David Herbst was the Adair County Extension Agent for Agriculture. He served as the Ag Agent from February 1994 to April 2007.
