The Court unanimously approved a Resolution to make Adair a Second Amendment Sanctuary County at the last Fiscal Court meeting Monday night, December 30, 2019. Veterans and friends attended the meeting in support of the resolution to uphold the Second Amendment rights of the citizens of Adair County, KY. Pictured after the meeting are: Kenny Bennett, Billy Scott, Judge Gale Cowan, Joe Hare, Sheriff Josh Brockman, Larry Rooks, Jimmy Harper, and Gary Melton.
