Pam Phipps-ACEA Vice President and Deb Waddell-ACEA President were honored to be two of the Grand Marshals for the Governors Inauguration Parade. Teachers made history by being the first ones to be Grand Marshals instead of the Governor. It was a great day. Seeing the Adair County Marching Band was a BIG PLUS! - Deb Comments | Permalink
