Word from Mayor Hoots is that Cook Out, a North Carolina based hamburger chain, is slated to take over the currently empty building that once housed the Dairy Queen and was most recently home to Dickies Barbecue. Hoots says, "We are pleased that they are locating in Columbia." Comments | Permalink
