Bradley Stephens writes, "The students and staff at Adair Youth Development Center would like to thank Mr. Richard Phelps for coming to our facility today and portraying one of America's founding fathers, Benjamin Franklin. Mr. Phelps is well known for his local historical portrayals of some of Columbia's founding fathers. This was his first portrayal of a national historical figure, and Mr. Phelps did a fantastic job of entertaining all that attended." Comments | Permalink
