City Council residential/commercial vote reversed

Media all reported after Monday night's City Council meeting that a controversial Planning & Zoning issue had been resolved in favor of a city business being able to gain a zoning change from residential to commercial and move from Jamestown Street to Burkesville Street. News came Thursday that after the meeting, challenges and reviews have resulted in the Planning and Zoning recommendation winning over the Council's tie vote. Comments | Permalink
