Mrs. Lilly Lasley Duvall visits Flatwoods School and Church
2019-09-29 - Flatwoods, Adair County, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, columbiamagazine.com
Mrs. Lilly Duvall visited the restoration work on her one-room Flatwoods Grade School during volunteer service time. In this photo she gazes at the heat stove (thought to be a "water heater" by one young student there among volunteers) which she can remember students gathering wood for the morning fire before class time. She contributed to lunch food and shared memories. Comments | Permalink
