Semi overturned and closed Hwy East 80 this morning

Just before 5amCT Emergency Management Director Mike Keltner reported that a semi had overturned in the 3900-4000 Block of Russell Springs Road, Highway East 80 in Adair County and the road was closed. There were no injuries but traffic between Columbia and Russell Springs had delays and roadway closures during the cleanup process. Comments | Permalink
