The Adair County Health Department is offering a Gentle Yoga series and this group is half way through the weekly sessions. From left are: Lou Vena Leigh, Joyce Kelly, Pam Acey and her Dad, 91-year-old Korean War Veteran, Raymond 'Pete' Curry who is taking the class to gain strength so he can participate in the Honor Flight to Washington DC in September; yoga class instructor and diabetes educator Janet Cowherd, and two of three Lindas in the class, Linda Russell and Linda Richer.
