Daffodil Watch 2019: high traffic corner is no bother

Some of the prettiest Daffodils in the area wave in the heavy traffic at the corner of Burkesville and West Guardian Streets in Columbia. If memory serves, these are the result of volunteer grant writing, winning, followed by art work and planting downtown by Vonnie Kolbenschlag.
