The latest business opening to have a ribbon cutting ceremony by the Chamber of Commerce is located right behind Betty's OK Country Cooking on Hwy. 55 in Columbia. Shade Tree Bed and Breakfast offers two rooms, one on ground level and one in the form of a tree house.
