Harris organizes helpful stroke prevention info event

Sharon Harris, president of the Adair County Extension Homemakers, led the organization of an event she hopes will save lives. The group partnered with TJ Health Columbia to bring awareness and information to help families. Her son, Dwain Harris, CEO of the National AHEC Organization, traveled from his home in Somerset, KY to be with her. In the background is speaker Dr. Eric Fisher, Chief Quality Officer, Acute Stroke Ready Medical Director at TJ Samson Hospital, with his team.
