High waters behind Blair Park walking track

Walking around the back side of the Jim Blair Park and Recreation Center half mile track, I wished for development of the beautiful river bank. The water is in its rolling dark winter phase now and will be a clear gentle stream in spring and summer. What might be done to make it a usable climbing space? Comments | Permalink
