The Columbia City Council authorized advertising for bids for Phase 1 of the historic Trabue Russell House restoration project. The first phase will include removal of vinyl siding and soffits, evaluation and repair of the original wood siding and trim, replacement of several non-historic windows with historically appropriate aluminum-clad windows, carpentry work and additional exterior restoration.
