Epicurian Kentuckian: Greek Salad

Donna writes, "I made this lovely Greek salad with red and banana peppers, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber fresh from the garden, red onion and Kalamata olives, with olive oil and Balsamic vinegar, and topped with Feta cheese. A few slices of garlic toast made it a perfect, filling meal."
