Phillips Tank & Structure chose Adair County to locate their business and as of last week, the new plant had a ribbon cutting ceremony in their new home, the former Jimmy Reliford Drilling Company building in Sparksville, KY. Regional Manager Nikki Shields led the ribbon cutting, flanked by her colleagues Nathan Withers and Christopher Curtis as the team officially began its new role in the regional base of operations for PTS. They were joined for this event by members of the Columbia Adair County Economic Development Authority and the Chamber of Commerce.
