Roldcat writes, "At 6:13am the fiery glow of a bright orange sun crests Melson Ridge in southeastern Adair County. Usually, only at first light and last light of the day is the sun viewable with the naked eye. It appears as a large orange ball in the sky then quickly turns too yellow to view any longer. It is a beautiful treat when you get to witness it like this." Comments | Permalink
