Jason Rector, Director of Technology/CIO at Adair County Board of Education, said he never guessed what was about to happen at the May Chamber of Commerce meeting where he was surprised with an honor for his 25 years volunteer work with the Red Cross. Mayor Pam Hoots declared it Jason Rector Day in Columbia.
